Agent Rico Rodriguez is back, meeting up with old acquaintances as well as some of the most brutal adversaries he has ever come face to face with. This time Rico must travel to the South Pacific Island of Panau where, lurking behind its breath-taking habitats of snowy mountains and tropical forests, lie some deadly secrets. Tom Sheldon, Ricos former commanding officer, has gone rouge while doing Agency business in Panau. The Agency wants him back without asking too many questions. Panau is run by a ruthless dictator named Baby Panay, but there are three brutal factions that are fighting for power on the Island as well, the Roaches, the Reapers and the Ular Boys. Word is that Sheldon is working for all three of the factions.
